Relief Of Mafeking

Players: Two

Darts: Five each

The player that wins the coin toss is in charge of maintaining the “siege” on the city of Mafeking. He must keep 20 prisoners that are “confined” in the bullseye. This player takes more “prisoners” by hitting the inner and outer bullseyes.

The other player attempts to “relieve” Mafeking by scoring enough points to keep up with his opponent. This player must hit the outer and inner bullseyes in order to “release” the “prisoners.” He scores four points for the outer bullseye and five points for the inner bullseye.

This continues until all the “prisoners” are released. However, if the second player does not release the “prisoners” within 10 rounds, the first player wins the game.
