Reducing A Beer Belly With Exercise

If you want to exercise a beer gut away, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, one pound of fat equals about 3,500 calories. That means that to lose a pound of fat, you’ll need to burn 3,500 calories. You can do this both by raising your level of physical activity and changing your eating and drinking habits. Lowering alcohol consumption, such as cutting back on beer, can definitely help. But exercise is also a vital part of weight loss.
