When weighing your options, remember that whether you choose gym machines or design your own home exercise routine, the best fitness regimen is the one you engage in regularly. Disadvantages of Home Exercise Routines

Although choosing to exercise at home may afford you a great deal of privacy, it usually means that you’re on your own in creating your workout space and establishing an adequate routine. Depending on how much weight you’d like to lose, you may need to buy expensive gym machines, such as a treadmill or elliptical machine. You’ll also need to research which home exercise routines will help you achieve your goals if you forego the supervision of a trainer.
