Energy Healing Pranic

Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. Like many other forms of energy therapy, Pranic Healing is based on the concept of a universal life force, which is also known as “prana” in Sanskrit, “Chi” in Chinese or “Ki” in Japanese. Prana is used to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energies. It comes from three main sources: air prana, solar prana and ground prana. People must regularly absorb prana in order to survive. Pranic Healing energy, which does not require touching the body, draws on this universal life force, and directs it to the affected or diseased part of the body to promote healing.

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui developed Pranic Healing as a simple, accessible form of energy therapy that anyone can quickly learn.

The Principles of Pranic Healing

Pranic Healing is built on two basic principles:

  • Principle of prana as healing fuel: Since the body requires prana—life force energy—to live and heal, increasing the energy around an ailing area will promote recovery.
  • Principle of self-recovery: According to Pranic Healing energy therapy, the body has the innate ability to heal itself. Bandages or casts are helpful props, but they themselves don’t heal. Pranic Healing simply gives the body more of what it needs—prana—to heal itself.

In addition, the practice of Pranic Healing as a form of energy therapy is based on the idea that energy can be transmitted between people.

Auras and Pranic Healing

According to Pranic Healing practitioners, the human body is surrounded by an energy body or electromagnetic field called the aura. We absorb life energy, or prana, through the aura and the aura distributes this energy throughout the body, to our muscles, organs and glands.

Energy imbalances first appear in the aura, before they become visible in the body and manifest as physical problems. Energy healing works, advocates say, by sending energy to the aura to begin the healing.

Benefits of Pranic Healing Energy

Pranic healing has been reported to be helpful in dealing with:

  • Colds and coughs
  • Eye disease
  • Fevers
  • Kidney problems
  • Muscle spasms.

According to practitioners, Pranic Healing energy is a straightforward and easy-to-learn system. New students can quickly learn to practice energy healing on simple ailments. Over time and with more study of this energy therapy technique, students can learn to apply Pranic Healing energy to many aspects of life.

Pranic Healing is practiced in 70 countries around the world and can complement traditional medicine, although it should not be used to replace Western-style medicine for serious medical conditions.
